Our company was founded in 2009 by Colby Brand and his sisters, Cami Tout and Courtnee Stevenson. Meeshka Bernabe joined the company in 2010. Shortly after, she and Colby married and Meeshka became Vice President and co-owner of the company. In 2012, the business reached a significant milestone, generating over $500,000 in revenue. In 2016, the company exceeded the $1 million revenue mark and outgrew its first location in Bremerton. We’ve achieved this level of growth because we believe that if we take care of our people, they’ll in turn take care of our clients.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Successful candidates are experts in every aspect of landscape maintenance. Driver’s License and Pesticide License required. $25/hour plus overtime, performance bonuses and paid time off. $60k annually.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
Successful candidates will manage crew’s productivity and quality of work. Driver’s License and Pesticide License required. $22-$25/hour plus performance bonuses and paid time off.
Landscape Construction Crew Leader
Successful candidates will lead construction projects from start to completion. Driver’s License required. $25-$30/hour plus Incentive Pay bonuses and paid time off.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Successful candidates will contribute to crew’s productivity and quality of work. Driver’s License required. $19-$21/hour plus performance bonuses and paid time off.
Landscape Construction Crew Member
Successful candidates will install construction projects from start to completion. Driver’s License required. $22-$24/hour plus paid time off.
Irrigation Technician
Successful candidate will activate, monitor, repair and winterize irrigation systems. Driver’s License required. $25-$30/hour plus paid time off.
NWC&L did a wonderful job replacing our lawn and building a new, larger patio for us. Everyone involved in our project went out of their way to listen to our wants and needs and accommodate them.
